I have mbam working on my side on several machines but on some i can reproduce the error.. I have to find out what is causing it but if you can test on other machines to confirm... I am wondering if AV is deleting something in the build ?? Still checking into it..

Are you burning to a CD/DVD or a USB? Malwarebytes needs write access to its own folder, booting into a VM or using a CD/DVD will always produce an error.  It is meant to be used on USB.  If you are burning to a CD/DVD clamwin will work for AV

Give me a week or so to add this and a bunch of other updates, I had to push out a fix for other things sooner than I wanted to.

I am fixing this now, I was going to go back to version 2 because version 3 scans the PE system drive X: and flags 4 files within the PE, broadcastenvchange (twice) and some other necessary file for the build, they are false positives but its annoying to see and it might make people who arent paying attention to these forums think either 1) the PE has an infection or 2.) that the machine they are scanning is infected...

But 3 is nice... I am having trouble getting exeptions for x: and y: to stay permanent in the build.. so that it doesnt erase some of the tools and only scans the host drives...

Going back to v2 may be the final answer for this... It does update to current defs...

There is one copy of memtest86+ in the "sources" folder but you have to add it to the bootmenu yourself.  Also you can use the StartMenu>Devices and Hardware>BurnInTest to test the RAM - I can switch it with the version you are asking for but you would be in the same boat as MemTest86+ which needs to be added to the boot menu and is already included

In the next version I can move the network settings file outside of the WIM into Y:\System\Settings maybe with some other options as well..

This will allow you to save your settings..  I will probably make it so you have to enable this (i will make it easy to do) to avoid people messing up their settings...

I compiled it from scratch, its written in autoit3, there is nothing malicious in the ISO.. StartRedirect.EXE only displays a GUI progress bar while it copys files from the PE's appdata to the USB... Other then showing the progress the only thing it does is copy files...its is a false positive..

If you look closely in your pic each false positive shows a different item...

Most importantly the .reg file you have there is named .reg.txt

Remove .txt from the end of the filename...

If that doesnt work I'll take a look...

If it is not working in my release odds are it may not be possible, however teamviewer, anydesk, and rdp are all working in my build under Start Menu>Remote Control...

If I were trying to get that working, and I ran into the issues you are showing, I would install on a regular system and capture results from that with regshot (including the option in regshot to check for changes in files.)  Then I would have to change the path in the registry keys to point to the location I was putting the program in PE..

It can be a bit overwhelming at first but its pretty simple just tedious...

I am still working on 4.3 updates but if you have not figured it out by the time I'm done I will try to help out..
